Scuba Dive The Great Barrier Reef with Quicksilver Cruises

silverseries

Quicksilver offers day snorkelling and diving trips, with daily departures from Port Douglas to Agincourt Ribbon reef (Great Barrier Reef) and Low Isles.

Travel by wavepiercer to a reef activity platform situated on the Agincourt ribbon reef system on the edge of Australia’s continental shelf.  From here, certified divers can dive away from the platform travelling by tender vessel to exclusive Agincourt reef sites. (The stunning exclusive dive locations also accessed by Silversonic).

This option allows the experienced diver to explore an underwater world teeming with exotic marinelife, while non-diving and snorkelling companions participate in platform activities – including the choice of an introductory dive. Some of the commonly seen marine life include turtles, anemone fish (Nemo), lion fish, cuttlefish, moray eels and white and black tip reef sharks, barracuda, garden eels, unicornfish, pinnacles, staghorn corals.

Scuba diving right at the edge of Australia’s continental shelf is simply spectacular.
